Volunteer

Do you have some time this summer you might like to spend back on the shores of Crystal Lake? Consider volunteering to fill temporary staff vacancies that arise as staff members take time off from their positions to attend other Scouting and family functions. Although we as alumni may not understand why anyone would want to take time off from working at such an amazing place, we can and should take advantage of the opportunity to return and give back, if able to do so.

Both Tesomas and Akela’s World anticipate being in need of alumni volunteers to help fill staff vacancies at various points throughout the summer, but especially during the following weeks:

June 26-July 2 (Tesomas Period 2)
July 17-23 (Tesomas Period 5)
July 24-30 (Tesomas Period 6)
August 7-13 (Tesomas Period 8)

If you are interested and able to volunteer at either Tesomas or Akela’s World during these times or any other time during the upcoming summer, please email me.
